Puddles Pity Party the 6’8” Sad Performing Clown with the velvet voice of a Las Vegas Rat Pack Crooner. He rarely speaks but when he sings he casts a spell with his intense voice threaded with melancholy, power and reflection, a strange kind of beautiful. After originally founding ‘Kingsized’ an Elvis tribute band Geier later founded Greasepaint a clown themed band with several other Atlanta based musicians in 1998 whereupon when the band separated Geier retained the name ‘Puddles’ laying the foundation for his solo project ‘Puddles Pity Party’.
In 2013 he opened for Eels during their US and European tour, before participating a few years later in 2017 on Season 12 of ‘America’s Got Talent’ reaching the quarter finals where he received an ‘X’ from Simon Cowell and later appeared on ‘AGT’s The Champions’. A headline residency at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas followed in 2019 before the world went on hold with the Pandemic. Since then in 2022 Puddles appeared as a guest on Season 4 of ’The Connors and has released a powerful cover and maybe now anthem for our times of Black Sabbath’s ‘War Pigs’ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WT8t3i8CkMQ
